What ages can play?

Playloola is designed for children aged 0-8 years, with safe zone for different age groups.

What is your ticket refund policy?

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exchanges or date changes once purchased

Do I need to book in advance?

Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking ahead during busy times.  

Can I arrive late?

Yes, but your session will still end at the scheduled time.

How early should we arrive ?

We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early for check-in and setup.

How many guests can I invite?

Each package has a recommended guest count, and room capacity cannot be exceeded.

Can I bring outside food?

Cake, cupcakes, and decorations are welcome. Outside food and drinks are not permitted

What is your cancellation policy?

A non-refundable $300 deposit is required to confirm your party booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event

How do I book a field trip?

Field trips can be booked by contacting us directly by email or phone

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.

Can I bring outside food?

Outside food is welcome if you add our Private Lunch Room to your booking. Food and drinks are also available for purchase at our café

Is the visit supervised?

Our staff ensures a safe environment, but teachers and chaperones are responsible for supervising their group throughout the visit
